The 2nd Annual Baltimore Birth Festival, held at Patterson Park on May 15, 2022, was a great success!

The weather turned out to be gorgeous, and we had such a blast with our 60+ amazing sponsors and vendors.  Upwards of 700 festival-goers came by the registration tent!  Attendees visited with providers and businesses, enjoyed live music and presentations, and won over $2,000 worth of terrific raffle items.

With your help, we were able to raise 8 months’ worth of lobbyist fees, which will greatly assist in moving our VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) access bill forward in the next legislative session!  We received some terrific post-festival feedback and are already planning for next year.  We will be announcing the date and the opening of vendor registration for the 2023 festival once these are confirmed.  Looking forward to another great year with our wonderful MFSB families and supporters!

If you’re looking for more information on what support there is for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting in the Baltimore area, this festival is for you. We will be raffling off hundreds of dollars in baby, mom, and parenting items but you MUST come to the festival to win. Every attendee who checks in at our Festival tent will receive 2 FREE raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the Festival tent between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM. Raffle drawing will be held at 2:00 PM and you must be present with ticket to win.  Stay tuned to this event page for updates on all the products we’ll have at the raffle!
