Another successful Lobby Day

On January 22, about 25 hardy MFSB supporters made the trip to Annapolis and met with Maryland senators, delegates, and their staff to educate them on our cesarean bill and the need for maternity care data transparency. Still more who couldn’t make it in person helped by making phone calls and sending e-mails.  Through these efforts we actually picked up many co-sponsors for our bill, and raised a lot of awareness and interest in this issue.  We’ve posted a few photos of this rewarding day of advocacy HERE!
